Shipping & delivery policy
The shipping fee for your international orders you will make on massimocarpet.com is displayed on the cart page. It varies according to the weight and size of the product you add to the cart and the country you are in.
When will my order be shipped?
For products with the phrase "Same Day Shipping" in the delivery information field in the product descriptions section, orders placed until 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped within the day. Orders placed afterwards will be delivered to the cargo on the next delivery day.
In order for your order to be delivered to cargo on the same day, all products in your cart must consist of "Same Day Shipping" products. Otherwise, your order will be shipped when all your products are ready.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, public holidays will be delivered to cargo on the next delivery day.
Where can I track the status of my orders?
After placing your order, all your processes such as your order confirmation and cargo tracking number information are sent to you both via e-mail and text message to your registered mobile phone. If you wish, you can follow all the processes related to your order from your member account section after logging in.
What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?
Damaged cargoes should not be received and a report should be made to the Fedex International official. If the official is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to have the cargo opened there to check that the products are delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined by a report. After the cargo is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the transportation company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the cargo is not accepted and a report is made, the situation should be reported to "Massimo Carpet" Customer Service as soon as possible with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer. Our Customer Service will take immediate action to resolve the problem.
